What is the Network Steward?

The Network Steward was part of the consensus rules of the legacy PKT blockchain. 20 % of every newly mined block is routed to a wallet that funds open‑source projects. 90‑day deadlines ensure the money is spent or burned.
The Network Steward ceased to exist with the pkt.cash migration to a Base Token.
PacketCrypt is also known as PKTc or PKT classic, it is the original block chain.
